Part of Sample_data/Train_test_images/ — JuSPICE’s annotated training and test datasets, each split into train/, val/, and test/ partitions with corresponding pixel-level masks.

A public dataset of scanning electron microscopy images of titanium dioxide (TiO₂) nanoparticles, split into images/ and masks/ sub-directories for training, validation, and test. The binary masks label individual nanoparticle boundaries at the pixel level. Used to train the augmentation-based (Aug) synthetic data generation pipeline and the U-Net segmentation model.
