juspice.clustering_module

Unsupervised clustering of microscopy images.

Groups pixels into regions with scikit-image methods (watershed, SLIC, Felzenszwalb, multi-Otsu, quickshift) and with scikit-learn K-means, which can use every channel of a multi-channel image (for example an AFM scan).

ClusteringAccessor

Available as spice.clustering; returns results as new SPICEData objects.
