juspice.feature_extract

Feature-map extraction for microscopy images.

Computes a stack of feature images, each the same size as the input, using scikit-image filters for edges, ridges, texture (Gabor, local binary patterns), local entropy and local orientation. Results are returned as SPICEData objects and recorded in the dataset history.
