DCGAN for generating synthetic microscopy images with masks.

DCGAN is a TensorFlow/Keras generative adversarial network (GAN). Its generator creates a grayscale image and a matching segmentation mask as two channels of one output, and its discriminator judges image/mask pairs together, which keeps images and masks consistent. After training on a small real dataset, the generator can produce many new image/mask pairs to enlarge a segmentation training set.
