Cube displays relatively many metrics in its "Metric" pane. These metrics have different origin or purpose. They can be generated by Score-P, Scalasca, Cube remapper or be hardware counters. On order to support user to identify which metric origins from which tool, serves which purpose, Cube provides "Metric Identification Plugin" (see Figure metricidentplugin)
