Maintenance
In order to guarantee optimal performance and availability of the JSC Cloud system, maintenances are required from time to time in order to replace faulty components and perform system updates. On average, one maintenance slot per 2 month is planned for JSC Cloud in order to perform software updates. Further maintenances may be scheduled for important security updates.
Our maintenance strategy prioritizes minimizing downtime and service disruptions through the use of live migration, but in exceptional circumstances where this is not feasible, we reserve the right to reboot instances on short notice to ensure the overall stability and security of our cloud infrastructure.
